Khurshid Hadi

Mr. Khurshid Hadi is the founding member of KPMG Taseer Hadi Khalid & Co., One of the prominent Chartered Accountant Firms of the Country. Mr Hadi is presently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the THKS Technology Group. He has held several positions in the past including inter-alia: Prime Ministers Advisory Committee on Economic Policy, Chairman Task Force on reorganization of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, President Asia lease, World Leasing Council and the Privatization Commission of Pakistan.
Mr Hadi is best known his involvement in a number of successful startups in Pakistan including but not limited to accounting and consulting practices, financial enterprises and consumer food services industries.

Anwar Matin

|
Anwar Matin offers exceptional experience and in-depth expertise in banking ,finance and M&A Advisory, acquired over a thirty years career with KPMG. Over this period he led, directed & participated in a large number of engagements in most banking and finance sectors which involved almost all aspects of banking operations.
Anwar completed his initial training in Pakistan. His focus from his training days was in the area of strategic studies and participated in a number of high profile engagements in Pakistan, involving large organizations managing major business transitions. He was transferred to the Gulf and later the U.K. practices of KPMG and quickly established himself in the Banking and Finance Practice.
He held the position of one of the Managing Partners in the Lower Gulf and oversaw management consultancy services before he retired from KPMG in the year 2000. He ran a boutique operations dedicated to venture capital financing in Toronto Canada. He is a Director & the CEO of ECAS.
Anwar Matin is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Arshad Nawab

Arshad Nawab, an accountant by training,
is a preeminent personality in the pharmaceutical, investment banking, retail and
financial services sector in Pakistan. Arshad Nawab has over 35 years of experience
in the regional and domestic markets and has been instrumental in the monumental
maturation of the domestic retail market and is closely associated with the success
of some the world's largest brands in Pakistan, including Pizza Hut and Nando's.
Arshad Nawab has previously led Saitex (Getz) Pharmaceuticals, and was instrumental
in the development and acquisition of new products and formulations.
Arshad Nawab is based in Karachi, Pakistan and is presently the Chief Operating
Officer of Orix Investment Bank and sits on the board of various organizations.

Shehzad Hussain

Shehzad Hussain, is a senior banker, who spent several years at Citibank Pakistan.
Mr. Hussain subsequent to leaving Citibank has established a consultancy and advisory
service.
Focusing on problem resolution in communications & Information Technology
sectors. With a dedicated commitment for the promotion of investments in Pakistan
in High-tech and associated sectors. He currently serves on the board of a diversified
petrochemical company and a leading bank.

Azhar Rizvi
Director

|
|
|
Mr. Azhar Rizvi has been associated with the Information technology industry for
almost two decades. During this period he has served at prestigious Multinational
Organizations including NCR & Unisys in Pakistan. He serves as the Group COO
of THK-Solutions Pvt Ltd.
In the social sector Mr. Rizvi is the District Chairman for Technical Education
and Vocational Training of Rotary District 3270, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Director
of Med-Aid Pakistan, a NGO established with projects for the uplift of Medical facilities
in Pakistan. He is also the President of the International Society for Technology
in Education (ISTE) in Pakistan.
Mr. Rizvi is an MBA from the University of Houston.
